Bamboo slats are a vertical slice of a larger cane, the other side is the internal surface of the bamboo. Each slat is almost flat.
Each roll of screening is made of individual vertical bamboo slats cut from a large cane (each vertical is a complete slat - there are no breaks).
The average width of each slat is 15mm, varying from 5mm to 20mm. The slats are tied together with horizontal galvanised wires.
Easily attached to existing fences or walls with galvanised wire, cable ties of screws/nails.

ce boards and used 4x6 posts instead of the standard 4x4. Needless to say, our fence is very strong and will not fall over like most all the other ones we see locally. As far as sealing. Depending on how much you have to do, it can cost up in the hundreds to seal every year. Staining is much more, but I am not sure this has to be done every year.
